This package includes everything you'll need to install our aluminum cylinder head on your short block. It includes our assembled aluminum cylinder head, alloy intake manifold, carb adaptor, head gasket, and required hardware. 

Fits: 200/250ci Ford inline 6-cyl. See Details for more information.

Optional: ARP head studs, dual valve springs, and carburetor.

Note: You must verify your compression ratio prior to engine assembly. Re-sizing the combustion chambers and/or surface milling may be required. Comes with 50cc chambers.

The "Conversion" kit comes with our conversion adaptor and a 1/4" spacer, fuel pressure regulator, universal linkage kit, and a 32/36 DGV-2V Weber carb with a manual choke. Electric or hot water chokes are available (see options). Air cleaners sold separately. See Details for more information. 

Note: This adaptor requires modifications to the log manifold, thereby requiring the removal of the cylinder head for machine work (see details).

Add Horse Power by installing the most powerful ignition system available for the small six. This distributor is similar to our DUI Distributor, however it has been modified for EFI/TBI applications. See Details for more information.

Our new billet water pump pulleys have a 5.0" outside diameter, and a 1.925 inside depth. They are available  natural (which can be powder coated), anodized  (red, blue, or black hard coat), or fully polished.   We also offer billet t-stat housings in matching colors. Our billet t-stat housings are available in two sizes, one for the 144/170/200ci engines, and one for the 250ci engines. Both styles come with a 3/8" hole, which is used for a temperature sending unit, however the 250ci housing can be ordered without. See Details for more information.

This 8 piece set includes all the freeze plugs needed to rebuild the short block. Fits 144/170/200/250ci (all years). See Details for more information.

These 7 degree one piece retainers work with all of our valve springs. Sold in packs of twelve (12 each), locks not included. See Details for more information.
